Natural onion tea recipe for cold relief! This soothing remedy helps ease symptoms and boosts comfort.
Ingredients for One Serving:
2 large onions
1/2 liter of water
2 cups of fennel tea
Honey to taste
Preparation:
Peel the onions, slice them, and boil for 15 minutes in the water.
Meanwhile, prepare 2 cups of fennel tea and let it steep for 15 minutes.
Strain the boiled onions using a fine sieve or a cloth, squeezing out all the juice.
Mix the onion juice with the fennel tea and sweeten with honey to your liking.
Drink 3 warm cups of this tea daily for relief.
