Natural onion tea recipe for cold relief! This soothing remedy helps ease symptoms and boosts comfort.


Ingredients for One Serving:

  • 2 large onions

  • 1/2 liter of water

  • 2 cups of fennel tea

  • Honey to taste


Preparation:

  1. Peel the onions, slice them, and boil for 15 minutes in the water.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare 2 cups of fennel tea and let it steep for 15 minutes.

  3. Strain the boiled onions using a fine sieve or a cloth, squeezing out all the juice.

  4. Mix the onion juice with the fennel tea and sweeten with honey to your liking.

  5. Drink 3 warm cups of this tea daily for relief.


    Honey drizzles into a clear cup of onion tea on a wooden table, with an onion, green herbs, and a sunflower nearby. Calm, earthy setting.
